The Devils press is a full-body movement that combines the movement pattern of a burpee with the load of a dumbbell or kettlebell.

Put your dumbbells in front of you on the floor
Grab the dumbbells on the floor and jump back into a plank while holding the dumbbells
Lower the chest between the dumbbells and perform a push-up back to the plank position
Keep holding on to the dumbbells, and jump so that your feet lands on each side of the dumbbell
Lift the dumbbells from between the legs and use a hip extension to get the dumbbells overhead to a locked-out position
