The Devils press is a full-body movement that combines the movement pattern of a burpee with the load of a dumbbell or kettlebell.

Slik gjør du det

  • Put your dumbbells in front of you on the floor

  • Grab the dumbbells on the floor and jump back into a plank while holding the dumbbells

  • Lower the chest between the dumbbells and perform a push-up back to the plank position

  • Keep holding on to the dumbbells, and jump so that your feet lands on each side of the dumbbell

  • Lift the dumbbells from between the legs and use a hip extension to get the dumbbells overhead to a locked-out position
