This exercise works on your upper arms, abdominal muscles and your back. It´s in fact one of the most effective exercises for a strong core. The reason for this is that renegade rows force you to use the primary function of the core: stabilization.

Place two dumbbells or kettlebells about shoulder-width apart on the floor, standing in a push-up position with hands on the handles.
Push hard into the floor with one hand (keep elbow locked) whilst simultaneously pulling the weight up to your waist with the other hand.
