Lie on the step board (or on the floor) and pull the navel towards your spine to activate the core. Lower back is glued to the step board (floor).

1. Option 1: With flexed knees and with control lower one foot at the time Challenge: extend the knees 2. Option 2: With flexed knees and with control lower both feet at the time Challenge: with extended knees
