Move into a plank position.
Bend your arms so that your chest touches the floor/ground.
Use your arms to get up an jump explosively up towards the ceiling (clap your hands over your head if you like)
Jump back down in plank position and repeat exercise.

When jumping out into plank position, make sure not to have a sway in your back. Keep you back straight through the exercise.
